Since 2001, The Upper Crust Pizzeria has been serving award-winning pizza to Boston-area residents craving something delicious and extraordinary. The concept is simple: use fresh ingredients in traditional and unexpected ways on top of a flavorful crust. Our menu has grown from classic combos to more unique and daring pairings - all atop a mouth-watering style, thin crust.

The Challenge:

The Upper Crust, besides their mouth-watering thin crust award-winning pizza is also known for their impressive and creative publicity and advertisements. With that said, developing their website meant that the design, style and functionality had to also be impressive, creative and award-winning.

In addition to design, The Upper Crust also wanted full Online Ordering functionality, a CMS based Slice of the Day interface, News & Events CMS to update their many public appearances as well as random displays of a variety of their different pies and food.

High-End design following with all areas of custom graphic and design followed through to user-friendly call to actions, buttons and interactivity is how GoingClear solved their design needs.

For development, we worked with a Open Source table-less framework to allow great flexibility and scalability. We developed a CMS based Management area for updating of their Slice of the Day, News & Events as well as other areas.

In addition to this, we sourced and qualified a 3rd party software provider to integrate Online Ordering directly into their registers.
