The Challenge:

Due to Fairchild Networking's high demand for perfection and web credibility, GoingClear was approached to develop a web property that would allow Fairchild Networking the ability to allow users to apply to specific jobs online that Fairchild would dynamically create in their own new Job Administrator.

The GoingClear Solution:

It was a pleasure working with the professional team at Fairchild Networking and as part of the specifications, GoingClear developed a full custom Job Application website system that on the front-end allowed the user to apply for a job and upload their resume and then on the back-end would allow the team at Fairchild the ability to review applications that were submitted as well as edit and manage job listings. Along with this functionality, we also designed a new conservative web presence look and feel for Fairchild that preserved their existing logo with slight enhancement, then carried this enhancement through their new set pages.
